The purpose of this website is to share my love of Abruzzo through travel, stories and history.
My parents were born in a small village in Abruzzo and migrated to Australia after WWII. I was born in Australia and have spent long periods in Italy over the past 20 years, including working as a tour guide and living in Abruzzo. My studies in history and experience in tourism shape the way I write about the region.
